GEOGRAPHY PROJECT: WHERE DO YOU SIT?

Working from a 2021 ISTD brief, this project called for the visualisation of a social revolution, explored through typography.  "Geography Project" explores educational inequality, with a specific focus on how geographic location impacts students in Greater Sydney. A publication, typographic data visualisation and accompanying social campaign encourage viewers to question "where do you sit?" and reflect upon their own educational experience. Visual reference to heat maps is expressed through vivid gradients, and further allusion to topographic line maps is evident in the typography on the cover and posters, creating a cohesive conceptual exploration.
